I was mislead on purpose by a dishonest manager at the store who claimed I failed a credit check and suggested I buy two additional lines to pass. He also lied about my bad credit history to charge me an extra £20 a month due to this. The saleswoman also lied about the monthly plan which was £180 per month. I felt something was off and got up to leave, they then offered to lower the price to make a sale, I realised something was off and left. Later, Vodafone customer service informed me I had passed the credit check, and the store staff had lied to make a sale. I was able to upgrade directly from customer service and filed a complaint against the store and its staff. Please avoid this store at all costs.

Disgrace!!

Worst company I’ve ever been with. Had many problems with their service and the staff never want to help solve them. Awful customer service skills no interest in helping their customers at all very very disappointed to see one lady sat on her phone telling me it’s not her job to help me!! However the manager ( was very helpful in the end.
