Vodafone

I went in on the 17th December and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They didn’t rush me and I think went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Poor service from the manager rude, assistant manager rude was shouting over the till at me while on the phone to customer service.

I have a 2-year contract with Vodafone, and the service has been impressive, about 18 months in. For the most part, the service has been stress-free when compared to my previous provider. My monthly charges seem to approximate the £15 a month agreement I have with the firm. More importantly, I have derived most satisfaction from the way Vodafone have addressed the few issues that have come up during this period, which has been once again quite impressive unlike my previous carrier. One of the issues concerned a loss of the 4G signal on my handset. After calling Vodafone, I was served by a very friendly customer rep who informed me that client administration would handle my issue. The attentive rep listened to my problem and promised it would be addressed promptly. I am happy to report that I had the signal back within the same day! Service doesn’t come any better than that.

Totally useless. After 3 weeks they have found it not possible to connect me. I have been into the Tonbridge store about 8 times and I get fobbed off every time saying I will be connected in 24 hours time . Luckily I have an old phone with pay as you go which does work. Don't go there!
