Received a message to say my phone was ready to collect turned up at the store to be told that even though the phone was on the store that they hadn’t processed it and weren’t going to do it today

I went to this shop because my phone, purchased from them, was not charging. First they said they could not check the cable then they decided to check it and obviously I needed a new one. When I came to buy a substitute cable they would not accept the £10 cash as they do not do cash purchases! They could not add the £10 to my vodaphone phone bill either. I will be shopping elsewhere in future. I did eventually get one from the £1 shop for £1.50.
Not everyone has credit cards and bank cards or chooses to use them. We must not allow these companies to dictate how we pay for our products!

What a nightmare trying to contact this shop! My husband bought a new phone on Saturday 4th June and was told they'd phone 2/3 days when in stock. Called in on Friday to find out what was happening. No call but phone was there. He waited 1.5 hours for them to transfer details and eventually came home tried to contact the shop to see if ready 03 number eventually given another number for local store but can only leave a message-unable to speak anyone. So frustrating not being able to speak to anyone

Store was absolutely fantastic, nice and clean with lots of Covid safety in there, and the staff were even more amazing, really friendly and professional.
