Do not buy from this company1
Bought a sonic scrubbing electric cleaning brush via Groupon and it is faulty. It arrived with the battery cover broken so as a result won't work properly. Been trying to return this for 2 weeks but keep going round in circles. It was only just over £10 so not worth the hassle it is now in the bin having not been used.

Broken drain cover1
Just received a cover for outside drain which was ordered from Groupon. The cover arrived split right down the side and although it can be repaired and was not an expensive item I felt Vivo Tech. should be advised as the packing was not appropriate for such a flimsy item. Tried to ring the company and all I could get was a answer machine, so was unable to leave a message. Will not buy from this company again.

not easy to contact1
I am trying to contact vivo technology in regards to purchasing a electric weed killer through Wowcher, I redeemed the voucher on 19th march received email from Wowcher stating it would arrive on or near the 26th of march, still no word can't seem to get hold of Wowcher themselves seems I have been scammed thinking of contacting Trading Standards and I will be unsubscribing from Wowcher.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY1
Do not buy from this company they do not advertise the description and product photo is incorrect and they want me to pay for a return I think I should take them to trading standards for the wrong description and wrong product photo do not buy from this company!!! It was a magnetic windscreen cover that turned out to be a piece of tarpaulin with two tiny magnets at the end
