Great but a little disappointed

Had work done with them before and I couldn’t fault it, the whole place was great but since lockdown they have re-opened for bookings and I have contacted them 3 times. First time they said they would call back, they did not, second time was through Instagram and I’m still awaiting a response and then the third time was through WhatsApp and the message was read and ignored. Very shocked by this from a company like Vivid Ink! Not what I expected!
