I have never come across such a thing before. I was waiting for them to come and fix my car on the agreed date and time. They have never turn up. Every time I rung it was a voice mail and not respond to my texts, I have wasted whole day. I try to contact them next morning still no answer. Only in the afternoon I,be asked my friend to call the number to see if it works and they picked up!!! Shocking!! When I”ve aked Why they didnt come the day before he said they forgot about me, the mechanic didn’t turn up to work, and he has no idea why I couldn’t get through the phone. He, said he will come on the day. Obviously He diid come neither call to advise me. They just have blocked my number and never seen them again.this company it’s just scam, don’t even bother, all the opinions are fake, done by same ppl as the opinions for the all the other companies.

Had our Renault Master Lo-Loader van serviced by "Vision", whilst it was on-site at a place of work. Efficient, courteous and thorough service (from the mechanic) to complete the service (on the van).
