Birmingham Harborne - Worst store to attend. Go elsewhere

Absolute worst vision express I have ever attended, staff are unprofessional and the management is even worst. We had an appointment booked for 12.30 and my partner went to the store as I was parking the car. The manager had told my partner that they made a mistake and there was a double booking and they tried to call and text but nothing went through, he advised that when booked it was the wrong number and there was an extra 4 in the number. when I had arrived to complain as we drove all the way from Coventry I asked a colleague to check the details and the number was correct, the manager had lied and insisted they tried and had told my partner that her number was wrong. He dismissed my partner but as soon as I arrived to talk to a manager they managed to find a solution. It was disgraceful and there are plenty of more places to go in Birmingham for glasses sadly my parter really liked a specific pair that only vision express offered. So disappointed.

I went to vision express is Harborne for an eye test and the service was incredible!!! the selection of glasses are so unique - they have everything!!! I also use them for contact lenses and for the first time i could use them for sport.. brilliant!!
