I can't judge the work quality as VD never fulfilled promises to do it! Can't understand glowing reviews given such poor service. James seemed helpful on sizing up the drive/paths & I wrongly thought him reliable. Due to inevitable lockdown delay, a new date was arranged for 14/7. After his no-show, I emailed repeatedly but had no reply. I eventually got his mobile no. from 'head office' (it's just virtual) & James then said he'd been catching up due to weather - understandable - but there's NO excuse for not letting me know!

V frustrating to be waiting 3 days thinking they'd still be coming as promised. J claimed to have rung but I had no calls/msges. I asked when he'd finally be here only to be told that HE HADN'T EVEN SCHEDULED ME IN & I shld try elsewhere! I was totally misled by empty promises. J said he was 'only human' - what a testimonial! I've since had a much better quote from another co. who are reliable & communicative but no chance to get work done in 2020.

Driveway cleared, prepared and laid with brick in a very professional way. It was swift and the end result was just as I was hoping for. All mess cleaned up at the finish. Very happy. Still waiting for my gaurentee but the job was only completed last week so it’ early days yet.

I have recently had some block paving renewed and other block paving /patio cleaned.when I asked for a quote,l was given a verbal price,backed up with a 'E'mail stating the work to be done.The work was carried out quickly and efficiently to my standards and on completion, l was given a receipt with a tick list on what work was carried out along with a 7 year gaurentee. It has tidied my house up immersely.
