Visage Cosmetic Dental Clinic

Today I called visage to purchase teeth whitening syringes. I have previously purchased them over the phone without any issues however, today I was told I must pay £55 for a dental check up. Why must this be required when I visit my own dentist every 6 months ? I paid £500 to have my teeth whitened in visage and at the time I was told syringes can be bought when required.
Very poor service.

I visited Visage several months back for a consultation.

Despite having had advice from multiple other dentists who agree'd with my own dentists diagnosis, and agreed the tooth had to be removed due to infection causing bone damage, the dentist I seen at Despite me paying £70 for a consultation - the dentist's manner was quite poor - this didn't really help my self esteem, at a time when I was quite stressed about losing one or more of my front teeth.

No other practice I visited charged me a consultation fee, and no other practice made me feel as uneasy about this procedure.

I would suggest if you want any form of dental work, go to another practice where you might be treated as a dental patient, instead of a commercial customer. In all honesty, had I not been quite downbeat after the appointment, I should have asked for my consultation fee back, because I got very little from it, and feel like I was very ill advised. Thankfully I chose to go elsewhere.

For dental work I would not recommend Visage. From start to finish I had a terrible time with the clinic from their appointment to appointment contradictions, their strong push to usher me along to their regular mistakes during my treatment with no accountability - it was an exhausting experience.
