Used for a MOT and service for the first time. The lady I spoke to was very cheery and polite, I was very pleased to be greeted with a welcoming atmosphere.

The mechanic there was very knowledgeable and polite. Extremely friendly and a lovely family garage. It’s nice to see a young couple earning their living.

As an older woman they made me feel comfortable and at ease while dealing with my car. Will definitely be going back and spreading the word. Already booked the hubbys car in!

My son had a small accident and his car slid into a curb in the snow, Called VIP and asked if I could have the car bought direct to them using RAC - not a problem

Car arrived at 17:30 as they were closing, still the guys had a great attitude and got my car into the garage and even had a quick look at the damage.

First thing next day “Rob” called gave me a price, I agreed and the parts were ordered, I got a second call at 13:00 same day - car was fixed

I've always taken my car here as they are friendly, knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble!
Even with my little knowledge of cars/mechanics they always know what I'm talking about.
Reasonably priced and the turn around time is fantastic.
The only people I trust to fix my car!
