Every order is bespoke, we use our experience, knowledge and skills to beautifully arrange every bouquet and arrangement. All local orders are hand delivered by a member of our small team.

Disappointed.

A lovely shop front and lovely personable outgoing staff, not as much love went into the flowers. I was first overcharged with a quote based on their website, specific requests were not followed on colours, for not having such a grand bouquet and minimising the displayed foliage, and I found the whole experience disappointing. Plus it didn't have the desired effect in terms of a wow factor for the recipient. . I feel that the overall review rating for this florist is not remotely representative based on my own experience. A first time customer in a competitive marketplace who won't be revisiting.

Whilst we try our upmost to fulfill customer requests, with short notice we are limited to what is available. In this particular case, the bouquet had already been made and was awaiting delivery when you rang to change the delivery day from Saturday to Monday. A fresh bouquet was made on the Monday, which meant the flowers available for the florist to work from had changed from when you came into the shop on Friday to place your order. I tried my hardest to include as much pink as I could, and I'm sorry you feel your colour choice wasn't as dominant as you had hoped for. The florist used her experience and knowledge to give a quote based on specific requests, whilst trying our best to work within customer budgets. We pride ourselves on our customer service and high quality floristry with qualified experienced staff, as our many positive reviews attest to.

We ordered flowers from Violets for a anniversary present, they were delivered on time and they were Beautiful Fresh best Flowers the Family had ever seen . Very pleased you made a special day even more special by your Wonderful Flowers And Service. Best coffee in town

Obviously the flowers are great, Shelley did our wedding... The coffee (I’m very fussy) and the brownies are without doubt phenomenal. Don’t think Costa/Starbucks in Lowestoft anymore when you want coffee and treats. Well done guys simply brilliant

Absolutely wonderful gem of a florist, a must visit if you are in the area. A great selection of beautiful made to order arrangements for a variety of occasions, bouquets you can create with their flowers of the day right there in the shop, well organised and friendly workshops, dried flowers and even some houseplants and Jellycat toys, you're bound to find something you love here.

My favourite florist ever! Friendly atmosphere, I love how the shop looks - flowers are set out to make it easy for you to make up your own bunch with the help of the girls with heaps of knowledge and passion. A special thank you for our Aunties floral tribute, very special. All my flowers come from Violets.
