Village Flowers

Awful customer service. Lived in Highgate for years, decided to use this florist for the first time because one of the staff there is lovely. She'd organised an appointment for us to go in today to prepare a wedding bouquet, something that should have been an enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately, she was not the person serving today. This individual was rude, made us feel like we were an annoyance being in the shop, referred to having to serve us to her companion as "I've got to do THIS now" - unbelievably unprofessional. A shame when one member of staff can ruin a business' reputation in five minutes. Left without purchasing anything as the atmosphere that was created was so unpleasant.
