Ordered wife some flowers last week didn’t look brilliant when they turned up but she was happy I’d got her some within 2 days they were fit for bin

So helpful and lovely, ordered over the phone and recipient was over the moon, would highly recommend, was delivered within 3 hrs of ordering! Thank you Village florists!

Absolutely shocking service at a difficult time!!!
I went into the florists to purchase a card for a funeral to add into a sympathy card. The florist stood and watched me go through all the cards and then refused to sell them to me as she was not providing flowers for the funeral and stated they were complimentary cards.
I explained we were not sending flowers to the funeral but instead a bouquet to the family and just wanted the card to add into a sympathy card. I was happy to pay whatever she wanted.
Instead she stood in-front of me, ripped the cards up as I had “touched them” rather than sell me the cards and take my money.
Thanks so much for making me feel “great” in such a bad time!! Your customer service is non-existent!
People should come together and help each other yet you made me feel 100 times worse!
I will never use your florist again and will never support you as a local business!!
