Village Bakers

Refusal to accept Bank of Scotland banknote even though it is legal tender in the UK. Reason given was false. Any bank will accept a Scottish note in their takings whether it is current or not (this one was current). Scotland is still part of the UK and Scottish banknotes are legal tender so this is just laziness and ill-informed practice on behalf of Village Bakers. I won't be back.
