good experience very helpful.

called in here. since previous reviews must have had a change of manager as the place was very clean.
there were a couple of kitchen guys around the back on a break. i asked if they would eat there and there first call was that the kitchens were very clean, the manager made sure, and the food was good.

Bad hygiene

I went in today for some lunch inch, the place was quiet and I waited over an hour for my starters, there was a male worker with glasses who’s personal hygiene was questionable, he had a nasty body odour and dirty nails, he was touching glasses on the rim and he was walking past people when eating, these customers also noticed how bad he was smelling. There didn’t seem to be much in the way of staff going out the way for customers, as the bar was left empty for around 15 minutes whilst staff congregated in the back area leaving customers waiting around, I would not go back here again

Worst food in Liverpool.

Possibly the worst meal I have ever had in my life.
I ordered nachos as a sharing starter and they came with mushy peas instead of Guacamole haha! Hardly any cheese and basically tomato paste instead of salsa.
Then onto the main. I got a burger that came with steak on the top. The meat was so overdone and dry I could have started a fire with it. My girlfriend got the veggie lasagne which came burnt and stuck to the plate. The best part was the chips.....that came undercooked and cold.
If you want absolutely dreadful food that is so bad it's comical, then this is the place to go.

Only one word for it. TIHS(spelt backwards :P)
