I recently took my Vauxhall Zafira into Viking Autos in Kings Norton, after having suffered electrical problems which were not properly diagnosed or fixed by the main Vauxhall Dealer, as well as two breakdown service engineers.
Within half an hour Viking had pinpointed the exact issue, which was damp that had got into the main fuse box and caused some circuits to fail. Apparently this is a common fault which of course the Manufacturer will never admit to!
Viking were able to quickly source a perfectly working 'box from a Breakers, which us just as well as a new one would have cost £750!
It's always best to phone ahead if you can. You may have to wait 15-20 minutes to be served when they are busy but it's well worth the wait, as you will receive a straightforward, honest assessment of any issue(s) with your car. Viking are so refreshing as (unlike a number of other Dealers) they are not obsessed with 'feedback' or a 'hard sell'.

Can’t thank these guys enough, they got my horsebox in last minute after trying around others with suspected power steering failure but they managed to suss out the problem which was something more minor and saved us a hefty bill, highly recommend
