My usual great caring Dr A was on holiday, my mother passed away weeks b4 and while he was off I needed pain medication that I've been taking for almost 20years for severe pain 3 days early to go and scatter her ashes, I asked through special request to get them early and Dr Smith who I've never even met said no. I find this absolutely disgusting. If I don't take these pain meds I'm in complete agony and cannot function so I've had to rearrange goin to scatter her ashes Should b ashamed of themselves

Stephen Conroy is very rude and unprofessional. He takes advantage of patients put at detriment by NHS Lanarkshire board ie Alistair Mackintosh or calum campbell who deserve to be fired too. Alistair takes advantage of the vulnerable patients and Stephen Conroy is making money out of it and this is embarrassing. Stephen, Calum and Alistair should all burn in hell. To patients who have been subjected to discrimination - take legal action and do not stand for it. Stephen Conroy is not fit to be a doctor

This is an exceptionally good Family practice we've (A family of 5-ages 71,50,46,11&7) been registered with for over 2 years. There is a doctor to suit most people's needs and ages. We've had cause to use all within the practice inclusive of locum & the Practice nurse who is exceptionally qualified with a wealth of knowledge. I've been treated through many different illnesses/conditions with empathy and genuine care of my health with the appropriate referrals made to rule out or identify certain underlying conditions. As with the children. My husband and father have both had cause to visit and discovered conditions previously undetected by our last practice. The reception staff are helpful as are the on-site treatment room and Physiotherapy departments. We are always treated with respect and solutions sought using different NHS resources/Departments treating appropriately. We've found the practice to be welcoming and the childrens sessions have proved invaluable. A thank you to all !
