Victoria Dry Cleaners

Whilst away working in and around the region, i needed to facilitate some suits for cleaning. Rang a few companies pre this one but each had no ansa or answer machine. Got through to this only to have 1st call put down on me, as it was the only initial one to answer and it may have been a line fault i tried again only to speak and have call put down on me again.
Called back just to vent my frustration and the owner simply said "oh i thought you was" advised that .aking an assumption did nothing for me as a xustomer and will definitely do nothing for him as a husiness owner. I would rather walk round in a dirty suit than give my money to such an unprofessional business.
I will continue to ring around and find someone who doesnt treat prospective customers this way, albeit a one off as i wont be in that area for a few years again

Avoid!! Duvet came back unwashed. didnt smell fresh. there was also a coffee stain still on it. i contacted them to which they responded, "we dont use fragranced detergent." And the coffee stain- 'well we can wash it again for you.'. why wasnt this checked? if it really was washed...
