These guys responded to an ad to quote for repairs to a small pitched roof over a bay window.

Turned up four hours late and quoted a price that was way higher than every other quote - almost three times what we ultimately paid. James bamboozled my wife into signing a 'contract' on the spot. He then tried to pressure her to go ahead by saying that he had booked a scaffolder to come the day after the next (without our agreement).

When he came to quote he volunteered to use some materials he had on a site nearby to perform some temporary repairs for free. When we cancelled he demanded to £250 for the temporary repairs. On inspecting the roof it was obvious he had not actually done any temporary repairs and was trying to scam us. When we pointed this out he changed his story and said the charge was for providing a quote (which was ridiculous) and said he was being 'nice' by only charging this and that he could be much more 'aggravating' if he felt like it.

Suggest avoiding.

After initial hiccup, Jonathan, James and most importantly their hard working team created 2 new patios for me. The team worked tirelessly for 3 days in a row. The end result completely transformed my garden with a patio from the back door and one at the end of the garden. They look fantastic with a few surprises thrown in!

James & His team came around and gave us a quote. They done a cracking job, finished on the promised time schedule & delivered everything he promised. Over the moon with the driveway. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
