The staff are so helpful and they have done two excellent quite complicated tailoring jobs for me at a very competitive price. I really recommend this place.

They mended a pair of my jeans within 30 minutes. They are affordable and mend clothes to a good standard. I would recommend using them.

I left a shirt for alteration at the sister shop, Headington Dry Cleaners & Alterations. When I went to collect it the shirt could not be found. It was thought that it had been sent to this shop. As I was due to go to Cowley Road I opted to collect the shirt from here.

When I went to collect the shirt from Cowley Road I was served by the owner of both shops who apologised for the inconvenience and refused to take payment for the alteration because of this. I was prepared to accept a discount but the owner insisted on me not paying. I can't deny that, even though I was going to Cowley Road, making the trip to Headington and not getting the shirt was annoying. However, the customer service displayed by the owner was, in my view beyond what I would have expected.

What a wonderful experience. Courteous, kind service with a smile, and swift and effective wondrously perfect. I just walked in off the street, and Vic mended a zip...fantastic.

I take bedlinen and towels there, duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors and cushion covers in between Airbnb lets and house lets. They always do a good job. I find them dedicated, professional, and pleasant to deal with.
