Very happy with the care for our cat Hen! Amazing at treating her during a severe diabetic illness. Quick tests and urgent diagnosis and referral to expert care. Vet Shane and nurse sophie amazing with her so caring. Will be coming back regularly for her monitoring wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mr & Mrs Logan

excellent vets

I found the whole team to be very welcoming and thoughtful when I had to take my dog in for treatment after another dog attacked him at the park.
The ladies on reception were so kind as I was in a bit of a panic.
The vet Shaun was amazing and really seemed to know what he was doing.
I would recommend this vet to anyone! I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Not a good vets for serious illness.

1
We found this vets to be good with small illnesses such as tummy upsets vomiting ect. But when It came down to our dog having 3 seizures with in 12 days was told it was epilepsy then further advised that it probably wasn't due to losing his sight bearing in mind he was only four it just felt as if the vet we saw wasn't sure where to go from there other than observe and take bloods from our dog.the next day We went to a different vet who advised us it definitely wasn't epilepsy and sent us for an emergency MRI scan three hours later in which we were told our dog had a brain tumour and we sadly had to say good bye that day after he had been suffering for longer than we feel was fair.

Very upset

I have recently lost my dog Harrison, he feel ill at 6 in the morning. By the time I got thru they arrived at my house at half 11, 2 and half hours wait while my dog slowly passed away. Anyway when they arrive the first thing they wanted me to do was to fill in paper work and pay. .still while Harrison is dying. Then they couldn't find a code for the medical case then they phoned the practice and still couldn't find any way of getting into the case so my friend had to brack into the case before anything could start 45 mins later. Then because of the time they couldn't find a vain because he was very poorly bye then. I said is there anything you can do because they were hurting him evertime they tried. In the end the vet put the injection into his kidneys, but bye then he had very nearly passed away on his own. I'm very upset about everything, and then they couldn't get him into the back of the car so me and my friend had to put him in the back seat. What a joke. 328 pounds.
