Excellent, kind service from Steffi and team

We came in on Friday 7 August with a small (mischievous) 12 week old kitten who had swallowed a toy and were so impressed with the care and kindness shown by the team on duty.
It was a traumatic evening for us all (not to mention the cat) and it felt like they did everything they could to ease the process for us, the two vets on duty treating the kitten if it was one of their own. We also had a follow up call the next day to find out how he is doing, which was hugely appreciated. Steffi and her team have been brilliant.
FYI to new customers, we weren’t allowed in the practise due to COVID precautions - so prepare for this and come in your own car, if possible (to wait in), but I trusted the two vets with our little kitten and he didn’t seem to mind going in with them, as they were very gentle and caring with him.
