Came with a new house we bought system never worked and parts kept falling off the wall
Got a proper alarm company to fit a alarm and it works amazing

I would recommend everyone avoid this business. I have spent 18 months trying to cancel my contract (after the end of the minimum period). Verisure consistently failed to process the cancellation with increasingly hysterical reasons for failing to do so (my favourite was the suggestion that they were worried that someone had hacked my email address), while taking the direct debit.

Ryan came today to fit our alarms and the service he provided was impeccable. He provided a swift, efficient and professional service. He went through all the steps carefully and made sure that we understood everything properly. Not only did Ryan provide an excellent service but he was also very personable, thank you so much Ryan. Highly recommend.
