Sharon is fantastic! Listened to my issue on the phone and talked me through the very simple fix for free. What an absolute diamond.

Having been let down by a Plumber not turning up as promised to remove a couple of radiators, we called Sharon from VPS who turned up at very short notice as we had a Plasterer waiting to skim the walls ready for re-decoration. Not only did Sharon turn up when she said she would the job was carried out quickly and efficiently - we will definately use Sharon again for any plumbing needs.

Sharon came to fix two leaking taps, and she also fitted isolators to all the taps in the house, and gave us excellent advice. She is very friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. We will certainly use her again, and highly recommend her.

Sharon came to fix the overflowing cisterns in the two toilets in our apartment. This was a very difficult job as everything was boxed in and very hard to access. However Sharon managed to sort the problems. We found her very professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend her and we will definitely use her again.

We were having problems with low water pressure in our gas boiler. We couldn’t find how to repressurise the system. Sharon came out at short notice on a Saturday to help us. She was very friendly and professional. She discovered the location of the tap we needed and increased the pressure. She also checked the entire central heating system for trapped air. The amount she charged was extremely reasonable. I am delighted to recommend her most highly.
