Now we're serving Estate Agents and Landlords, in the North East, with consistently better cleaning.

Services include: end of tenancy cleans, void property cleans, student accommodation cleaning, after-builders cleans, one-off deep cleans, oven cleans, carpet cleans and house clearances.

We ONLY take on new estate agents or landlords to the limit of our capacity, so as not to risk our 100% attendance reputation.

Venture.10 Ltd did an excellent job cleaning my large 5 bed house so it was clean and tidy for the incoming owners. Phil and Kim worked hard and at a good pace, cleaning all 7 rooms, 3 bathrooms and kitchen. They thoroughly cleaned all the cupboards, wardrobes and drawers and left the bathrooms sparkling. They did an excellent job in the kitchen cleaning the oven and all the appliances. The friendly two. All walls, skirting boards, windows, carpets and floors were thoroughly cleaned and they took time to move and clean behind any furniture. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Kitchen clean

We got our kitchen cleaned as we are starting a food business and needed it to be perfectly clean for any inspections for that. The team were warm and friendly and did a fantastic job, I would certainly use them in the future if we needed to.
