when ever we visit this store the staffs are very rude they have no clue about customer service and they look at the race and serve you!! otherwise they don’t even care to look at you or say hello can I help you is out of this world,They rather chat to each other then serve you, come on your staff need proper training regarding customer service!! they live in Uk not in India, I will never go back to this store again because of service I received each Time I visit this store👎👎

Extremely rude man, Bipin. No clue about how to talk to customers - absolutely obnoxious and he couldn't care less. Obviously, he is not an owner.
Left us with a bad experience.
Oh, the clothes are mainly rubbish too. Poorly trained staff who don't know their stock - despite their lack of training, staff were polite.

The manager and staff behave rudely as if Wembley is in India instead of in UK where there are strict trading laws. I went to buy 3 shawls for a funeral one afternoon. Next morning I went back to change them as the family wanted something lighter with a border around it - they were unused, with all labels intact.

The manager got rude and said NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND. (This is against trading laws in the UK) He then pointed to a couple of signs stating that the shop did not accept returns of certain items.

My husband and I pointed out that the sign did not include shawls and seeing that we were educated and ready to argue, he backed down after a feeble attempt and told the staff to allow an exchange but NO REFUND.

So we found 3 alternative shawls that cost £6 extra which I paid in cash to a sulky Indian lady who refused to give me a till slip and reminded us no exchange or refund. I have reported this shop to the Trading Standards Office.

We were very well looked after by the staff with a smile on their faces And we shown a wide selection

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even when asked to open and show many sarees. Smiled all the way through when serving me
