We live in an old house with an old oil fired boiler. Nothing wrong with the boiler, but half the radiators weren’t working and it would take an age for the house to warm up.

Samuel flushed the whole system, installed a filter, fitted thermostatic radiator valves and arranged for 2 radiators to be stripped and resprayed. We are now toasty warm, and the radiators heat up really quickly.

Samuel is really nice to deal with and did a fab job. Really happy.

Over half of our radiators didn’t work and we became used to living in a cold house.

After calling round a few dodgy sounding oil heating specialists, I came across Sam of VellaTec and he immediately sounded like he knew what he was talking about.

Sam visited to figure out what was wrong, and recommended what we do, which we accepted. Doug later came to do a full flush of the system, inc each of the 20+ radiators, and installed a new pump and a new magnetic filter.

Now the only problem is that we’re not used to having a warm house! Nice problem to have 😊

They did a fab job and I would recommend them to anyone with an oil heating system.
