Fantastic service from the guys at Vehicle Solutions in Cheltenham when my car needed an MOT fast! Really helped me out as I could drop it off the night before and they simply called me when it was ready to pick up. Will be back for an annual service soon.

An RAC mechanic said the DPF in my car was blocked, and a rubber hose had split, and estimated it would cost roughly £60 for the DPF to be unblocked, & £15 for a new rubber hose/pipe - brill. He took my car to Vehicle Solutions, where I was quoted £1,018 for a diagnostic check & to replace the DPF which was “blocked beyond repair”.

I returned to the garage to a few days later, however, I was unable to pick up my car, as it was “undrivable”. Maybe I should have called in advance, but as they had only done a diagnostic check, I didn’t think that it would be in a different condition to how I left it.

Once I notified them I would be moving my car elsewhere, a staff member, who was super friendly on the phone, asked if I wanted to buy a part to replace the one which had split. He said that he could offer me the part for £80-£90, which I had previously been told was £15 max.

I collected a few hours later & moved to another garage, who charged me £200 in total to unblock the DPF.

Great service from the Vehicle solutions crew once again! My car was collected & a courtesy car dropped off at home - so convenient! Super job done on the bodywork - it looks new again! Regular communication regarding works is also very reassuring. I highly recommend this garage for servicing, MOTs & body work repairs. Cheers Lads.
