Terrible experience! .. Butchered rear door top latch bolts...whilst attempting rear main lock replacement.I reluctantly agreed to cut cable to this now un remmovable top latch disabling it ,to then enable middle latch to be fitted so I could lock the van at night..Still charged for complete originaal job..and wished a merry christmas! Then today 20/01/18 some 3 weeks of messing around back and forth.. after 3 attempts to simply provide a new Genuine Vauxhall 2 button key fob.. even after paying for the vehicle pass/code, to ensure correct programming etc.. wrong metal part or aactual key bit..supplied AND they were unable to program? So another wasted day off work and time sat waiting!! I then searched online and found a local auto lock smith in the end and it was half the price! BEWARE!!! bumbling baffoons .. grrrrrrr!
