I needed a repair to a hose on my Shark vacuum cleaner. Several shops in the South Hams said Shark were difficult to repair and almost impossible to get spares.
I called Vanrigge who straightway offered to have a look at the machine and thought they would have the required spare part.
I took it to their shop at 12:45 - easy parking outside - and left it with them. Within the hour they called to say they had the part and that it would be repaired shortly. I called at 15:30 when they confirmed the job was done!
Excellent and friendly service - and an extremely good price. I was expecting way more than they charged.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Yet again Vanrigge have provided a great service and I have them on speed dial for the next time I need spares. They sourced the parts and ordered them with one phone call, have a wealth of knowledge and have provided a service above and beyond just about any company I have used to date. With their help I have completely taken my washing machine apart and reassembled it, with no left over screws, and they have saved me having to buy a new one!
