Last year I had a booking with my mum. She had a short cut first and when I went to have my turn was told that the person Im booked with doesn’t cut short hair. They wanted to rebook but I work full time and in the end managed to get someone else to do it on the day. My most recent experience was worse still. A week ago I was booked for a dry cut. Went to the appointment, and the hair dresser said she can’t cut short hair. I asked if there was someone else who could do it and the other two couldn’t do short cuts either. I rebooked for a week later but they waited till the end of the week to change who my appointment was with then cancelled because that person doesn’t do short cuts. They gave the excuse that the person I was booked in with didn’t realise their kid didn’t go back to school till day after my appointment so couldn’t come to work. This sounds like just an excuse. They waited till last minute to cancel leaving me no time to book elsewhere before an evening out.

I have been going to this salon for years. The girls are fab and the range of products/ treatments are brilliant. Tina always understands what I'm thinking and creates wonders! Lucy (beauty) offers a wide range of treatments too.
They are a friendly welcoming team of enthusiastic professionals who never fail to make my day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been going to Tina for nearly 8 years now and I have NEVER walked out feeling anything less than delighted with my hair! I have been coloured, bleached, tinted, cut and styled and always 100% professional and awesome value for money!! Sophie is fantastic at hair up too and I always get commented on how good it looks when she works her magic. Wouldn't dream of going (or trust) anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work ladies! :) x

Tina and her friendly team at Vanilla are always smiling and welcoming. I recently moved to the area and the salon came highly recommended by a friend so i went along for a colour and cut. I was thrilled with my hair which was done by the fabulous Tina and the price was absolutely reasonable. Drinks are always offered and there is a loo which is great too. Overall a great salon with friendly staff and added benefit of beauty rooms too. Parking so easy just outside, which means your lovely new hair do doesn't have to battle the elements just after it has been perfected. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
