I bought my van 12months ago, and i've had no problems with it at all. There was a couple of things that needed doing to it before i picked it up, and their garage did the work and it's run perfectly since.
I would definitely buy another van from VanBank and recommend them to anyone looking for a van

Excellent, best service ive ever had from a dealership

My experience with vanbank has been excellent. I bought a 4x4 a few months ago, shortly after purchasing it the vehicle was involved in a flood and sustained some electrical damage, vanbank went above and beyond what any other dealership would do to repair the damage. So impressed with the service and vehicles I have just put down a deposit for another truck from vanbank. Seriously, if you are needing a commercial vehicle for your business then give john a call at vanbank. If my business requires more vehicles, vanbank will continue to be first port of call. Keep up the good work john.

Don’t buy from this company

My personal experience had been disappointing and expensive. Paid for a van £6000 and within 6 months spent a further £1550 and have just watched it been towed away. Can’t do my job now. Thanks vanbank

Bought dodgey van

Bought van which we were assured had a new battery fitted due to prob with it starting, after 3 moths back and fore garages we have finally discovered that this was not the prob and that the real prob has cost us £550.00 which the company hold no responsibility for even tho we have been told this prob was there when we purchased the van , as a result I have been unable to take the employment which I purchased the van for. I understand that we are just outside the warrantee but we have not been able to use the van and have only now discovered the real prob. We live 30 miles away so was obviously unable to go back and for the sales place all the time, but what would have been the point anyway when they gave the incorrect diagnosis initially. After sales attitude disgusting
