I have had my vehicle repaired and serviced for past 4 years at VRS since moving to East Tilbury in 2020. My vehicle broke down travelling to Bristol and due to my recent move to Kent thought that it makes sense to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic that is close to my new home. The mechanic in Kent estimated that the repair work would cost me over £8000.
The price in my opinion was over inflated and needed to get a second opinion.
I got my vehicle towed from Kent to VRS. They efficiently gave me an estimate which was over 8 times cheaper than my previous quote.
I highly recommend VRS for their honesty, and efficiency. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and repaired with VRS. Even though i now live over 40 miles away, I believe that a good trustworthy mechanics are very hard to come by.

Outstanding customer service & I wasn’t even a customer! Had flat tyre but managed to get home. Rang this company but, unfortunately, they didn’t do mobile tyre change service....BUT THEY STILL came over & helped us! We got tyre off so I could take it to a tyre repair place and I have to say you don’t encounter a good, professional team like this everyday & would highly recommend them because they care.
