Overpriced the materials for a 2k job and the fitter damaged several planks of new LVT and our existing living room flooring, we had to have our living room flooring replaced (different flooring) as we couldn't get replacements as they've been discontinued! Despite me raising these concerns and providing pictures they are not being supportive and was told to go directly to the fitter in which I did and they did not give us support either as they said to contact the company, got to a dead end! I then purchased the replacements of the LVT (luckily from ebay) due to damage and poor cutting from the job. Was told by Valleys Carpet before Christmas that they were going to investigate the discrepancy of the materials and despite several phone calls and leaving messages they have not answered or responded.
Email is now the new option to try and get a response, if not successful we will be going down the legal route.

Very poor experience

Shocking experience. Have been left with a poorly laid floor which they promised to redo at their expense. The company and fitters are bickering who is responsible. No communication from the owner. No way to treat your customers. Not impressed

Just to make it clear we are not bickering who is responsible as we have already discussed this with you and have absolutely make it clear that you have an issue with fitting of the product we supplied. You also acknowledged that the complaint is a fitting issue. The goods were absolutely fine when they left the store and in perfect condition. The fitter who fitted the materials had said to you it’s their issue and that they would replace your floor free of charge, however according to you they have withdrawn that offer and so far have yet to rectify this for you. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! So happy with Ryan and Kieran from start to finish. I was impressed with every aspect, from their work ethic and professionalism to the quality of the finished floor and superb level of communication. The job was large (the entire downstairs plus 2 bathrooms) but it was clear they took pride in their craft by the way they cracked on with the work and how they conducted themselves throughout.
Approachable, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Will be recommending to friends, family, and the site manager of the development I bought in. 100% recommended. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Not very good fitting

Purchased carpets from valleys carpets no problem but the fitting on the other hand not so good carpets on stairs not matched up properly and carpet fitter broke one of my floor tiles promised to rectify the problem been six weeks no sigh not very happy with service
