We took our ‘Henry’ here, thinking he was broken. The lovely man found that there was a blockage in the hose! We thought we’d checked that! We were not charged anything at all! Lovely gentleman.

Brilliant repair

Dyson dc07 belt and filter replaced and now machine is working so much better. It is like a new machine. Well worth the VERY reasonable repair cost.

This is a first class business - and it's rare to find anyone locally who will repair vacuum cleaners. I had a prompt response: a service engineer came to my house within a couple of days of my phone call, he dealt with the problem quickly, efficiently and took great care to clean up , leaving not a speck of dust on the floor. The office personnel were pleasant and helpful to deal with and the price was very reasonable. Excellent value, I would highly recommend them, I shall book in for an annual service.
