“Andy was a lifesaver. We moved into a new house and none of the kitchen appliances worked. Andy was very knowledgeable about his products and recommended the right machine for a small space. He repaired the washing machine and dishwasher then quoted for a new fridge ! What is more he fitted the fridge 2 days later. Far quicker than any department store, a superb service.”

I was really struggling to get the cover off my oven light as the bulb had gone. It was pure luck as I was in Hinchley Wood and went into the shop. The guys were absolutely lovely (I would like to point out that I had tried in two other shops more local to me to get some help but was laughed at). Not only did they order in a special part to help me get the cover off but also wrote instructions down for me to use. I did need to enlist the help of a friend but between us, I now have a working oven light. I would thoroughly recommend them and even if I hadn't been able to do it, I would have called and paid for one of their team to come out. If only all businesses were like this one. Very impressed
