HONEST!!

A warning message kept showing up on the screen of my 2014 Golf GTI to the effect that there was something wrong with the "bend lighting". My regular mechanic couldn't fix the problem and recommended VAG. VAG sorted things out at a very reasonable cost and, most importantly, they were totally honest. Unlike one main dealer that I could mention (but shan't), they didn't find other things that were "wrong". VAG saw to the job in hand and that was that. Very satisfied. Roger of Caversham

Excellent service, highly recommend.

I've been using these guys for years now across various Audis, latest being a Supercharged S4. They know their stuff, are very honest and open about issues, causes etc., and fully explain before starting the work as to cost involved.
I've even taken the wife's Qashqai there for work as cheaper than dealers and much better service.

Highly Recommended

I am very impressed with the service given by VAG, their customer service skills are second to none and I have been hugely impressed with their attention to detail and the time they take to explain any work that has been completed. I would recommend this company to anyone in the local area and I would always choose this garage over any other. Thank you VAG.
