I have used Paul @ Utopia Designs since 2013 on many different projects, from building a double detached garage, garage conversion to internal playroom, garden works and retaining walls to currently completing a New Build Detached 5 bedroom property. His building & design knowledge have proved to be second to none, every application & building regs drawing we have submitted have always been passed and never had any issues with the local council’s Paul is very efficient at what he does, always available to talk to whenever and constantly follows jobs from start to finish. Every meeting has been clear and precise and I have always been happy by the level of service provided by Paul. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to use Utopia Designs for any manner of building/design works. He is very well respected within the industry & local authorities as well as having some great sub-contacts who work alongside him
