Fantastic service, great ethics

When the kitchen arrived there were various items missing, scratches & other damage. Many of the worktops were way off in terms of the dimensions presented in the advert, including large cut-outs which were advertised as full pieces. When we queried it were told that because we used a removal company to deliver and that we reported the missing taps when they arrived rather than when it left the seller's house, we they wouldn't take responsibility. For all the missing pieces, damage and incorrect measurements, they originally offer £90 compensation, then changed their minds and offered £70. They continued to suggest that the fault was with the seller and not them, taking no responsibility for the wildly inaccurate measurements taken by their surveyor. Before writing this review we gave them the opportunity to make things right, and asked for the MD to contact us, neither of which happened. Very poor, would not recommend or ever use again.
