Urban Idyll Ltd

I was recommended Urban Idyll by my brother and I had seen what a fantastic job Matt did on his garden so I decided not go through the painful process of asking for three quotes and went straight to Matt.

Matt spent a lot of time listening to what I liked and didn't like and over time managed to persuade me that I would indeed like curves in the garden (if you knew me I like things uniform).

The job, in the end, took three months but this included my decision to make over the front garden as well. Matt’s crew were extremely polite and helpful no matter what the weather. They went out of their way in making sure anything I asked for was completed. At the time my housemate was on crutches and they ensured she could get out all times.

When I had a list of questions as to what was happening Matt would make time to come over discuss them and through these chats plans were adjusted to accommodate my views (I know I frustrated him sometimes but it never showed). Matt and his crew over engineered things and this has really been to my benefit. The whole garden was stripped down, I have had a new garage, a lean-to, and a huge patio built and still have a sizeable lawn together with beds. The only plants that weren’t moved were a silver birch tree and a Japanese maple tree. Matt also saved and replanted from my garden two rose bushes, a small willow tree and a few other plants which are now thriving.

I decided to have the front garden made over as well and the design is fabulous and execution marvelous.

I know this sounds too good to be true, but I cannot express just how much pleasure the garden has given me this year.
