5Upstairs Downstairs is run by husband and wife team John and Sue. Sue is a pleasure to deal with on the office and admin side of things. She rings you back when she says she will and nothing is too much trouble.
John is an absolute magician when it comes to cleaning. He is passionate about what he does and won't stop until he's produced the best possible results he can.
The pricing is really fair and really reasonable. I'm very careful about recommending businesses but I've recommended Upstairs Downstairs to a few people now and no one has been disappointed.
