I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service representatives are as useful as chocolate fire guards. I have had a delivery sent from Canada. The parcel is in the UK, the import fee has been paid in November. The status of the parcel is "Out for delivery". Still have not received it. Spoke to UPS a few times. Today they said the import fee has not been paid, even though they have sent me a receipt dated 15th November 2021. When I confronted "Stuart", who claims to be in the UK but I know for fact he is not, as UPS have confirmed their call centre is not in the UK, with this, he then said the parcel has been lost by UPS and that I need to take this up with the sender. What does the sender have to do with UPS losing my parcel?
Please, avoid this company if you don't want stress, disappointment and a completely useless customer service.

ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PROCEDURES

Customer service centre communication is appalling - We paid import charges on 24/09/21 and despite confirmation from UPS that payment has been received we still do not have our consignment. We have communicated with them on a daily basis and despite promises that they will request the tracking information and call us back this has not happened.
My next course of action is to visit the Team Valley Office, we have also requested that our supplier do not use UPS in the future for any consignments to our business

Use any other courier before considering UPS.

Lazy, incompetent drivers. Constantly have packages left two floors down in a 3 story block of flats with no notice given, leaving me clueless that I’ve even had a delivery. Hermes, Royal Mail, DX, Yodel, DPD, etc have no problems whatsoever getting to my floor, it’s about 30 steps top to bottom. It’s just pure laziness. I also used to regularly have packages collected from home by UPS until a very expensive package magically disappeared without any trace. Watched the driver as he collected the package and beyond that point it was lost. UPS did give compensate me in full, however their website is so extremely outdated and broken the entire investigation was conducted through Twitter and email. I would use ANY other company before considering UPS and if I know a package is coming via UPS I usually ask for another courier to be used. Absolutely rubbish service in this part of the UK, they need a serious overhaul in Gateshead as it’s an absolute shambles.

The worst delivery company in the world

Utter, utter, complete garbage. Endless excuses and lies from their call centre (outside of the UK) and telephone lines that ring out. If you want to send something urgent - save yourself a huge headache and use DHL!
