UPS Worldwide Express Freight Center

Today, Monday 22/07. I left my wife waiting all day for the delivery. But so far, they haven't delivered anything. Drivers are irresponsible and the same thing always happens. They say they didn't find the house or that there was no one, but I have cameras and they don't even pass in front of my house. If tomorrow, 07/23 this parcel does not show up at home, I will go to the police to file a complaint.

Unusual to get all of this. Even thought the app wasnt quite up to date with delivery it was very easy to get through to someone who could see where the parcel was

I purchased a medal from Canada, This was sent via UPS. it arrived into the UK within two days.
Customs then got involved .What a shambles that was. I contacted customer services to track progress after it had been in the UK for over a week, What a rude bunch of people they were . They hung up on me 3 times. I tracked my package on line and this morning the tracking said The driver tried to deliver but said I refused it, What a pack of lies. I called into the Depot on Milton park and they could not explain his action. So While I was there I paid the customs fee. (I was expecting this anyway).
So when the driver did arrive in the end he came out with biggest pack of lies and completely contradicted every thing they told me in the main office. He told me he could not accept customs fees or take payment just in case he got beat up, and he was of course a member of the union and we don't do that.
If your company is being run by people like this god help you.

My package has been showing at abingdon ups since the 19th! No update on delivery. I paid express delivery and it has been sat in the same place for 5 days. Way to cause distress in the lead up to Christmas. At least update your tracking so I have an idea of when it will finally be delivered. Awful service.

UPS have to be the worst delivery company, parcel got stuck in Germany for two days. Then the day they were going to deliver on I wasn't going to be home so requested that it go to an access point which was confirmed by UPS via text and e-mail. I then get an email on the day of delivery saying they were unable to deliver as the request hadn't been processed. After 1.5 hours on the phone to UPS customer services I am now waiting for a call back to see where the parcel is and if they can actually deliver it or if I have to wait another 4 days for them to deliver it.

I hold a business account with UPS and will most certainly be closing it after this mess along with the several other issues I have had with UPS over the past month.
