Uplands Plumbing Heating & Electrical have been established for well over 20 years. We offer a 5 Star service and welcome working with both new & our cherished existing customers.

Uplands Plumbing, Heating & Electrical are Gas Safe Registered & Napit Approved experts in all aspects of domestic and commercial plumbing, heating & electrical services.

Working with both new and existing local client base in Swansea and the surrounding areas, we provide a 5 Star service every time, with a friendly and accommodating approach from start to finish.

New Consumer Unit fitted with Surge Protection included as standard, along with a partial re-wire of the property.

He we are testing “type A” trip times at both ends of the sign wave in accordance with BS7671. Amend.1

Here we re-wired a small office and also fitted a new CU with Surge Protection as standard. At the time of installation we re-located the CU to a more convenient place as it was originally only 12” from the floor.

Here we replaced a tired old boiler with a nice new High Efficiency Combi Boiler from Baxi. It came with a 10 year Manufacturers Warranty (as installed by Baxi Approved Engineer) Finally we also fitted was a Adey Micro filter, which we fit as standard.

Not the best picture, but here we have a Shower Room upgrade. Customer “Absolutely Loved It” in her own words … which is great to hear!!!

Fully qualified Gold Card electricians offering all electrical services, such as Full Re-Wires, Consumer Unit upgrades, EV Charging installation, additional sockets/lights and everything in between.

1st Class Service

We were recommended to use Lee by a few friends who had both used him previously to install central heating and a bathroom.
Our initial opinion of Lee was that he was a friendly chap, who listened to our requirements and gave us answers to all our questions. He reassured us that the job would be completed without too much disturbance.
A few days later as promised we received our quotation by email.
It was a lot cheaper than one we had previously had from British gas, but not quite the cheapest, as we did get 2 other quotes.
We decided to proceed with Lee as we felt comfortable with him and we are so glad we did.
Needless to say the job went smoothly as Lee had assured us it would. We are now lovely and warm with a constant supply of hot water thanks to Lee and his team. Finally I would recommend anyone thiking of getting a heating upgrade to at the very least speak to Lee about the Viessmann boiler he supplied us.
