They have illegally been debiting my business account for a contract I have never seen after requesting many times.
If you have just fallen for their sales pitch over the phone. Send an email cancelling straight away otherwise they will tell you, you are in a verbal agreement after 30days and will never tell you what services they had to provide in that verbal agreement so your paying them thousands off one phone call.
They did make a webpage for our business offering services in an area we do not operate in. This was one page that was very amateur. 8 months down the line still do not know what they are providing for the money they have illegally taken from my account t.
Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY!!

They sold me domain name landing pages and gave me a legal guarantee that my business will be found on the first page and under Google maps within 5 weeks. Around the second week I tried to get in contact with them no one answered, or even replied. After the fifth week they had already published the landing page without my consent, with an incorrect number. I tried to ask them to show me statistics of how the landing page is performing they failed to give me any. After many attempts I spoke to another marketing company who informed me that Unitel don’t even have Google analytics linked to the landing page. Satvir my account manager was trying to sell me a website as she was blaming my website for having a high bounce rate from the landing page. After I insisted on analytics she never once contacted me. After sending a cancellation email numerous times, Ben from Unitel finally called me after three weeks letting me know that if I don’t pay they will send me to debt collection agency.

Dreadful people sold me a website didn’t know it never 👎 got onto google lied 🤥 then took me to court brilliant 🤩 news tv trading standards. Office of fair trading. Have been informed watch this space please

A untrustworthy call centre

118 called us put us through to this call Center couldn’t get us on google put on another site demanding money daily took us to county court I’ve had it transferred to Bournemouth county court . There is a lot of interest in this case & the call centre will update in due course
