Unique Mobile

Purchased a mobile phone from this shop 5 weeks ago, when I got home the mobile phone was boxed with the wrong charger doc and head phones that do not fit. I went back to the shop to let the man know what he sold me, just so he can check his stock and not sell anymore of that stock. I didn't want a refund but common courtesy would have sufficed.
This man who works in this shop needs training in public relations or better still 'TRAINING'. Telling customers he has a lot on his mind, rolling his eyes and sighing when a customer needs further assistance is not professional.

Laptop screen replaced and works well. Unfortunately the hinge on the screen could not be replaced but I’m happy with the result as it still functions and considering HP quoted £175! Done less than half that price.

I took my tablet in for a small repair, now its totally had it, I took it to another company and there words to me was, who ever tried to repair this has broken it beyond repair, I am taking further advice but don't hold out much hope, please take my advice and go elsewhere

He f...ed up my phone, when he fixed it it broke again, and he charged me another 80 quid!!! not recommended at all!!!
