Really amazing and great clean very polite and friendly great job done will recommend to anyone beat cleaner I have ever seen

Mum had a quote to clean a her small property. She asked lots of irrelevant questions my mum eventually told her the property was going to be sold. On hearing this she asked "how much do you want for it". On hearing that my mum was recently bereaved, she suddenly announced "I can feel him, he his in this room, I've gone cold.". She then went on to tell my mother of all the dead people she had previously seen. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!. EXPLOITING THE VUNERABLE.
Mum was really unnerved and asked for the quote. She was told £200 but this was then discounted because mum was an OAP and recently bereaved to £100. Mum text her that evening saying she didn't want to take up the offer and was immediately got a text back telling that mistake had been made the real quote would be £35!!! If the cleaning is as bad as the business card I couldn't recommend them as there are 4 spelling mistakes in it!! INTIMIDATING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
