Chevron wood flooring

We ordered Nordic Winter engineered chevron parquet from UBW, very knowledgable staff. The ordering process was easy and smooth. Samples delivered within few days with some sweets 😊

Unfortunately the order was delayed and that is the only reason why i am not giving 5 star review. UBW offered 50% discount on installation which was accepted. The fitters worked really hard and long hours, guys where clean and very polite. We absolutely love our new chevron, great quality at the reasonable price.

As a result, they turned a difficult situation into a positive one.

Run Away. Fast.

Having never had anything other than wholly positive experiences with tradespeople in the past, I was complacent when hiring Unique Bespoke Wood and did not complete due diligence beforehand or pay attention to their other reviews.

Do not be like me. UBW has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. The project is half finished. I've had tall tales and repeated lies. They have cancelled, often at the last minute, more times than I can count. I have experienced more stress than you could imagine mere flooring could ever create. I’ve lost money, time and quite possibly my sanity. There are plenty of other companies out there. Don't use this one.

Avoid avoid avoid

Have been waiting nearly 5 months for these...people...to install my flooring. Repeated 'definite installation dates' not honoured. No communication Had to chase every time to find out what was happening. Now trying to get my money back. They're showing no signs of returning ir. I need it. I need a floor!

Failure to provide good and services.

Made a large up front payment in October 21, specifically to pre-buy antique parquet flooring.
Numerous installation dates missed to date and the promised refund has yet to appear.
Treat this company with extreme caution or buy elsewhare.

Every aspect of this Company is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend. Now we have stairs matching new wood floors, They copied some existing spindles for a refurbishment for me.
