Fast and efficient at decent price

Had problems with my Golf. Recently moved to Birmingham and have struggled to find a decent mechanic at reasonable prices.

Called UKAS and car was seen the same day. He diagnosed the problem and repaired both ball joints, anti rolling links the same day. He also noticed a problem with CV joint which he sorted the next day. Booked in to get further work done over the next month.

Not very often you can find someone who doesn’t mess about, gets to the point and advises as he goes along making sure you understand the problem and the fix.

Also asked about alloy refurb, which he can get sorted.

Would definitely recommend.

Bobby’ s help. In summary, I am very glad he was around at the time.

My vehicle was damaged with a flat tyre, and I was unable to drive further. I had intended to change the affected wheel myself, and was having difficulty in removing the hub cap. A Gentleman called Bobby approached me and introduced himself as a mechanic, asking if he could help me on my way. I accepted his kind offer, and he took over the whole process. He had my wheel changed in minutes, and I was able to drive away. I was so pleased that this young man gave his time to help me, asking only for a review in return. This is it, Bobby helped me out of a jam in bad weather on a main road. First class customer service, he has my sincere thanks.
