UK Storage in Rugby offer residential and business storage units from as little as 14 days. You can store as long as you like and it just continues to roll over until you give notice to leave.
Your goods are safe and secure in the facility with CCTV throughout the facility and pin code entry in and out through the security gates. Each room is locked using a high security, barrel lock that you purchase on move in. Each lock comes with three keys.
You have free access 7 days a week to your goods and there is a 24 hour access option should you require it.

Initial offer great now moving house so no longer required. Staff always available polite and knowledgeable any queries dealt with immediately.

Do not trust that company

I used their service and it was a nightmare for me. I am not gonna use their service again. I am not suggesting to anyone this company. When I started to use their service they said to me on the phone it is gonna be £50 and they charged me £80. They never said anything about insurance , they did not inform me but they add it. They never sent me any documents or invoice. When I tried to cancel to storage, they said please make it empty till 3rd of April and take the key with you and I did what they said, they still continue to charged me. They said you did not let us know. I did not know. Another thing, when you cancel it, do not forget to cancel your direct debit. Good news, we are in UK so still we are able to cancel transaction. But They are just headache and it was awful service. I hope nobody needs their service. Unfortunately , this is untrustworthy company for me.

We're not sure what else we can do. When notice is applied we tell every customer on the phone to call us back and we send an email to also confirm that. Again we're not sure what else we can do. We can't close your account down until you've let us know you've gone in case you still need access to your goods.

Very clean and secure, customer service team were very friendly.
I filled in an internal review, not with criticism but just a point on the costing of the storage.
The manager, John Lamb was good enough to come back via email and explain the detail of the costing which was appreciated.
Would definitely use them again in the future.

UK Storage Rugby- highly recommend

Excellent service both by phone and email. I was given 50% off the first 12 weeks and they were willing to price match an insurance quote I’d received elsewhere. The units are clean and the site is well maintained, with 24 hour access and toilet facilities.
